The practical details.

Before we get started.

Is 30% the revenue share you offer?

No. It is an editable example in the calculator. Your agreement sets the actual percentage, eligible revenue, deductions and settlement schedule.

Does the service fee include salaries and taxes?

No. Salary, employer taxes and benefits are separate from the EOR service fee. The illustration also excludes FX income, tax and setup costs.

What should we bring to a pricing conversation?

Your expected headcount, priority markets, client service model and integration needs. We use these to scope the commercial and operating arrangements together.
