What this website processes

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and access logs. The website does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers.

The revenue calculator and branding previews run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to Whitebox. The product demo uses fictional records; changes you make are stored in your browser’s session storage for this tab and can be cleared with “Reset demo”. Do not enter real employee or sensitive personal information into the demo.

Booking a conversation

Opening the booking popup loads a Google Calendar appointment page. Google receives the technical information needed to serve that page. When you complete a booking, the name, email, appointment details and any other information requested in Google’s form are shared with the meeting organiser so we can arrange and respond to your enquiry. Opening the popup alone does not book a meeting.

You can also open the calendar directly in a new tab. Google’s processing is explained in its privacy policy. This website does not separately collect a duplicate booking form.

Why we use information

We use enquiry and booking information to respond to your request, arrange meetings and discuss a potential partnership. Where applicable, this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We also rely on legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and keeping the website secure, taking account of your rights and expectations. A booking is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Information may be accessed by staff handling your enquiry and by providers supporting website hosting, appointment scheduling and business communications. The public website at whiteboxhq.com is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information to deliver and protect the website. Its hosting logs are separate from the browser-only demo. Booking information is handled through Google Calendar. We do not sell information collected through this site.

Retention and international processing

We retain business enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a partnership and any legal requirements. You can ask about the retention of your information using the contact above.

Service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply. Contact us for details relevant to your information. Browser-only demo records remain in your tab’s session storage; resetting the demo removes its saved records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact privacy@teamed.global to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We welcome the opportunity to address your concerns first.

Employment services

This notice covers the marketing website, booking flow and simulated product demo. Live employment services, employee records and production integrations are subject to the relevant service agreements and privacy information provided for those activities.
